Thank you for shopping with Pink Ape. Below you will find information about our shipping process, delivery times, and shipping costs.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been received.

During product launches, holidays, promotions, or periods of high demand, processing times may be slightly longer.

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.

Shipping Rates

We currently offer the following shipping rates:

• Netherlands: €6.95
• European Union: €6.95
• Free shipping on all orders of €55 or more.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the delivery address and order value.

Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times are:

• Netherlands: 2–5 business days
• European Union: 3–10 business days

These delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information, where available.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided and your order is returned to us, additional shipping charges may apply before the order can be reshipped.

Pink Ape is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once your order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, delivery is the responsibility of the carrier.

If your package appears to be delayed or lost, please contact the shipping carrier first. If additional assistance is needed, feel free to contact us and we will do our best to help.

Pink Ape is not liable for shipping delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Customs & Import Duties

For deliveries outside the European Union, customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees may apply.

These charges are determined by the destination country and are the sole responsibility of the customer.

Pink Ape has no control over these charges and cannot estimate their amount.

Damaged Packages

If your package arrives visibly damaged, please take photos of the package before opening it and contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Include your order number and clear photographs so we can investigate the issue.
